Book Review (Theory and Practice)
No Limit Hold em - Theory and Practice by David Sklansky and Ed Miller
Newest book out today on No Limit hold em and has the same format as any other twoplustwo publishing book. As usuall this book is not for newbie's and does not tell you how to do this and that, raise this and that. It gives you guidelines and let's you decide what to do. A lot of math (But as for Sklansky math) There are a few problems he gives that I said (WOW) I never thought about that at all. Also as for some no limit ideas There was a TON of stuff in this book I NEVER NEVER NEVER even thought off and will be extremly helpful. In my opinion this is the Best book to date on NLHE well worth it. To me most poker books today are just repetitive and rehashing other books concepts but as usuall this book REALLY gives you some topics to think about. That I have NOT read ANYWHERE |

While not specifically your CAP game he has some points to cover that sort of thing.
A lot of betting ideas and the math to prove them exa. (why sometimes a small bet is better than an obvious big one" etc etc It is a really deep book that makes you think about the game and does not tell you how to play |
