Default WSOP Tonight

Random thoughts

WOW Daniel Neg. is just so fuckin sick. The average player would of gone broke 4 times in his spot.... and his decisions have been correct every time.... this guy got some seriously horrible luck tho...man.....I think all of Daniels luck must of went over to Greg Raymer

This guy Raymer can not lose a coin flip!? He continues to suck out (J9) and when he has monsters (AA) he continues to be up against smaller monsters (KK)
not trying to hate on the guy -- but after his comment of how he only got lucky 2x in the whole tournament last year (1010 vs AA and A10 vs A...K i think...whatever it was it was higher than 10) it annoyed me.... he is still playing great poker though

The very first hand of the tourny....with Farha --- oh my god.

Speaking of Farha, I never realized exactly HOW many flops he does see...jesus... 92s? and this guy caught some sick cards also (and some sick flops on his rags)

What happened in the hand with Jennifer Harmon? She was giving the guy crap for the "speech" he made but I missed what he said... she looked seriously pissed.

Long story short - he had the nut straight flush and she put him all in. Instead of saying "CALL" and flipping over his cards, he went on about if he busts out with this hand, yaddah yaddah yaddah, this and that, and then finally called and turned over the nuts.

I THINK he may have though that she didn't have him all in and wanted to make sure she called whatever he had left... that's the only reasonable excuse, but it's still not very cool.

I was on TV tonight - anyone see me?

Maybe I wasn't watching close enough, but I THOUGHT she had to call his all-in and thats whey he baited her with the speech. If thats not the case then she had every right to be pissed at him.

Yeah, I thought she bet and he RAISED all in after his "little speech".

Maybe they just were not clear that he would be calling (and the guy thought he had more chips to bet) on ESPN??

I do remember later in the episode her saying something along the lines of him giving a speech before CALLING with the nuts so maybe he did just think he had her bet covered and really didn't.

Yep, I definetly thought he was trying to GET A CALL from her there. Even when she called him on it later ("your little speech before you CALLED with the nuts") he didn't seem to get what she was saying.

Fortune cookie for Marco Traniello:

"Never slowroll your nuts"

I rewound after she ripped ionto him to see exactly what happened. She bet 3000 on the river, which was enough to put him all in - whether he knew this or not, I don't know. I do know he didn't say "Call," and instead said, "OK, all in," so my guess is that he thought he had more chips left than he actually did... hence the confusion.

There are so many incorrect facts in this, I don't even know where to start.

Default I know!!

Grr Kanters suck outs have to be absolutely the worst ever! Like final table when he pushed A7 and was called by Tex and dominated preflop then flop comes With 2 7s! Ouch!! not a suckout but luckiest shit I have ever seen. Williamson was horrid, i never want to see her in an event ever and i wish she had called Sheiks all in with AA and her K[h] J[h] just finished her before we had to continue watching her bad play.
