Default Full Tilt or Bodog?

Here's the situation.

I play NL25, and use , a site which melioris recommended a few months ago. I play from 6-8 every day when I get home from work, and on weekends. Currently I'm pursuing Ironman silver, and have fulfilled the requirements for the first four days of the month (100+ points a day) on Full Tilt.

Every time I check the ratings on tableratings.com for NL25, the highest Full Tilt rating sits at about 60-80, and calculated table VPIPs are 25-30 with the PFR being 5-10. These are the highest rated tables based on fishy statistics as well as long term losers sitting at the tables. When I change the filter to include Bodog tables, there are usually a good number (5-6) of tables rated 120-180 with VPIP 40-50 and pfr either 20+ or under 5. Basically there is money being thrown all over the place.

My question is should I stay on tilt or move to bodog? Clearly I think the "right" choice is to move, because the softness of the games seems unbelievable (at my level and time of play each day). It is also not probably a statistic "spike", because I have now checked Bodog's ratings 5 times at 6 pm on weekdays, and they remain around the same "fishy" rating.

However I'm having trouble getting myself to move because I'm pursuing Ironman, have a 2 month database of hands from FT as well as 13K hands played there, and I like the software.

What should I do?

I make most of my $ from players that suck... there are more players that suck at Bodog. However, you would be giving up TP's rakeback deal at Tilt, so you might want to look into Cake Poker where you can still get a rakeback deal (better % even) from TP and where there are also a good number of crappy players.

Another issue to consider (if you're in the US) is that Bodog is involved in Sports Betting, and that raises the specter of Wire Act issues, a la NETeller.

For many reasons including those listed above, I'd say stick with Full Tilt.

They get 99% of my play, so I'm practicing what I preach.

I do get rakeback, but it's tiny because I have a big FT deposit bonus I'm still clearing. (13K hands at NL25, and only $120 in bonus cleared). Bodog offers a 110% deposit bonus, but I have no idea how clearing it works.

Thanks, I think I'll stick with FT at least for this month, so I can achieve Ironman once in my life, and finish clearing my deposit bonus.

After this month though, I wont let the fish hide from me.

Here's the thing - there should be PLENTY of fish for you on Full Tilt. And IMO, the added advantages of datamining, using PT/PAHud/Full Tilt Shortcuts and so on GREATLY makes up for any advantage you would have found on Bodog from playing with worse players.

Not to mention rakeback, of course.

Yes, that's what's he's saying. You can play a hell of a lot more tables on Full Tilt.

It seems we all agree:To me, it's not a close decision.
