HERE is the thing, the handicapping site I work with was completely sponsored by a sportsbook that was part of the BetOnSports group that shut down, which, we recently found out means they are gonna pull the site from us.

You may not know much about the back side of a web-site like this, but I can assure you it is expensive, the live line feed alone is huge overhead. They were covering all cost and now it's on us. The site does decent business, but obviously would be much easier for us if we got someone else to pay for things.

I'm not sure we're ever gonna catch a break on this handicapping site. We saw the signs when the 900 number got shut down.

Sportingbook stepping up was a good sign for us, then this happens.

In talking with the boss, the end may be near for the handicapping site, sooner than later. Time to make a hard decision as it's not too late to refund the people who signed up for the NFL season rather than wait till three weeks into the season and pull the plug.
