Default Tilt

Well, After my KK got cracked by AJo on the river, I started tilting and lost most of my bankroll. So I decided to play some 2000+110 play money games, can't even win anymore. I remember the good old days when its hard for me NOT to come in the final 2. Meh...I'll probably review some of my poker books or something, ugh this pisses me off.

Default Where to start...

First of all, if you can go on tilt this easily then you need to work on that. Seriously. Try the Zen of Poker. If you have to, sit out until you get your emotions in check or just get up from the table.

Next, if you can go on tilt and lose most of your bankroll then you are probably playing too high stakes. You shouldn't have more than 5% of your bankroll at stake at any time.

Finally, you need to analyze why you lost this hand that put you on tilt. Did you play the hand properly in a way that made it proper for him to chase his draw an just got unlucky? If so, make a note on him, put him on your buddy list, reload and wait for a hand that you break him with. Or, did you try to play fancy (slowplay) and it came back to bite you? If this is the case then you just got an expensive lesson. Learn from it and it'll be okay.
