Always 3 barrel this board IMO. Not "In case he had a Q" Unless the board gets scary at all, 3 barrel all day. Sucks that he caught up, you will get his stack eventually if he is playing Loose Passive which by him not shoving river makes a lot of sense. Honestly you are lucky that they guy is an idiot cause once the river comes off you should be playing for stacks. Nothing you can do their.
