Default Eejits "Jesus" Style Challenge

I havent got anything planned today, saving my drinking and energy for the world cup, so i figured id try a challenge similar to Chris Fergusons $1 challenge.

Obviously im not patient enough to go from $1, so i changed the rules a bit.

I have deposited $100 on stars.
Im gonna use the 5% bankroll style.
Im gonna play NL low stakes, $6 sit and gos, and if i get cracking early, some Fixed Limit higher stakes, anything $1/$2 or below is NL, above $1/$2 is FL.

Been going 3 minutes and im $6 up.

My goal at the end of my 12 hour session is $400.

Anyone wants to rail any of it im "eeejit101" on stars, if your that bored, or if anyone has advice feel free.

Also, im stopping at 7pm EST, or if i go broke.

If anyone guesses my finishing amount at that time, within $10, ill screenshot it when i stop, ill send them $10. Obviously you cant guess $0.

Seat 4: Anna72 (button) folded before Flop (didn't bet)
Seat 5: eeejit101 (small blind) showed [Tc 3c] and won ($21.95) with two pair, Tens and Threes

So, the $25NL is going well, $20 up after 25 mins, i was stacked twice early on, once by someone playing a monster hand very well, the other on a suckout, but i got it back plus more from them. Sitting with $5 multitabling $25NL, sitting up with $20 is the plan, or $10/$15 is the table is running bad. So far its working well, and im playing 3 x cash games, and 1 9 seater $6 sit and go to keep my mind going. hvaing fun today!

Well, i got to $190, moved up a level, as 18x bankroll worked for me Got stacked FIRST damn hand at 2 0.25/0.50 tables with the best hand preflop. Made some back on a smaller table, have been playing with bunny and n1kita for a bit, but wasnt hitting anything.

Changed to some sit and gos for a bit, felt i needed a change. God im on a bad streak here. Very fucking bad. I dont care normally as its $5 a buyin, but when your trying to accomplish something, it sucks ass

I'll guess $74 when all is said and done.

Two questions and one comment:

1. If multiple people guess within $10, are you going to pay them all $10?
2. How are you playing $25 NL and using the 5% rule at the same time? Wouldn't that require a $500 roll?

-I find it amusing that Chris Ferguson did this starting with a $1 bankroll (let's call it 1 millionth of his actual roll), but you "don't have the patience" to start with less than $100 (let's call that 100% of your actual roll). Doesn't that kind of kill the point???

Or take numerous screenshots all day long, so you can pick the one that everyone misses and use that as your final number.

I don't understand how it's POSSIBLE to bust out in one day if you actually are sticking to the 5% rule.... but I knew before I even got halfway through your first post that you wouldn't do that anyway.

So, what's your roll now and what limits are you playing? I'm in the mood to do some division.

Maybe it has something to do with completing from the SB w/ T3s in a 2/5 blind structure....

Just kidding.

But I never really understood the challenge. You try to build up from a small amount while never endangering more than 5% of the roll? And so that 5% thing is clearly not happening, right?

the 5% thing was happening, it was going fine. then i had a sick run of SnGs, being stacked continuously beat after beat in cash games, i was checking to see if i had turned into ReelDeal.

So i went back down a level when i went back to $125, and kept losing. Now im at $18.

Ive had to stop anyway, cos i need to cook, and visit my dad, who isnt well, but im getting back to it in 1 hour.

now im at $18 im gonna play 0.05/0.10
