OK, can you look at your PT stats for KK and post the results - I'm dieing to know. Also - I'd like to know if you ever get it in behind and make good - ever? This might be a good poll question or pool bet....

Yes, I do, but:

-Not with KK
-Not NEARLY as often as I get in in ahead and lose. I hesitate to speculate what the ratio would be.

As for my KK stats, do you mean for all time? Cash only?

For this month, all limits (including a bunch of limit play), I was dealt KK 39 times and won a whopping .21 BB/hand. I netted more with every other broadway pair.

For 2008 (and I played VERY little cash this year), it looks like I was dealt KK 123 times and netted 1.12 BB/hand. AA, JJ, and TT all beat that.

And just for kicks, let's check out KK results for my all time PT tracked cash game play....

Dealt KK 1396 times
85.03% won
2.96 BB/hand
Up over $33k with it
Only AA has better results

On a related note, I'm an all time winner with all PPs except 33. Interesting.

So yeah, I guess I don't ALWAYS run like shit with KK, but it sure feels like it sometimes.

I hate to be the bearer or bad news, friend, but I think you are now in the club.

And yeah, I coined "Kiss of Death" referring to KK more than 3 years ago, I believe. It's annoying in cash games, but it KILLS me in tourneys. I can't tell you how many tourneys I've busted from holing KK.

I'd have to strongly agree.....

The last few times I have had people call 3-4 x BB at 0.10-0.25 limits with a weak ace and flop comes A rag rag......

I usually still bet, depending on the number of fishie's that come along, but I find KOD to be an un-fun hand to play. Next too set over set, I hate playing KK

- 55% win rate w/KK over 2,000+ hands (oh, and 66% win rate w/AA during the same period). Fun times, fun times.

You will more than make up for it with how much better you play the rest of the hands you are dealt.

Obvious software glitch, I've sent an email reporting this to FTP tech support, I'm sure they'll get it fixed quickly.
