What's up with ESPN?
I know this has been griped about before, but I think it is pretty lame that tonight ESPN2 will be broadcasting the action from the WSOP ... of 2004. They don't show the Spurs/Pistons series in November. They have all this great footage from this year's event in the can already, and it shouldn't be that hard to turn it around for broadcast in a reasonable timeframe

I would have to think with the tons of hands that don't even see a flop there is much more editing then you could imagine for something like this. Trying to find enough interesting hands to fill an hour, plus I wonder if the announcers are actually sitting there for hours and hours a day watching the hole cards via worm cam and announcing EVERY hand in case it gets on the air or if they just announce the edited version after the fact to save time.

They just announce the edited version, of course. They are pretty much reading off a script....
