I told you numerous times (4, 5?) via PM that I am working on this and I'll do the best I can. I've also told you that the Titan people are in Europe and I won't hear back from them until tomorrow. I've also asked you to please be patient and try to understand I'm doing the best I can, but it's out of my hands.

Now I'm asking you all of that again, right here in front of everyone.
