Where in Vegas question???
My parents are taking my brother and sister and leaving for Vegas on October 9th and staying for the week. (I can't go due to having to stay home with a 4month old baby and I don't think Vegas is too baby friendly )
Anyways, my brother wants to check out the card rooms........any hotels in particular you'd recommend for him??? Probably looking to play $5/$10 Limit or possibly $2 / $4 No Limit...... Are they all the same there??? Or do some hotels favour the poker rooms and treat you a little better than the next???? Thanks in advance...... |

IMO Have them go to the wynn ! Its a great place and thier poker rate for next time is great. Just make sure you get a card and start getting rated! They have all those games and more. Mirrage and belligio are great as well!!

Not 100% sure, but I think you can get the poker rate at the Wynn on your first trip if you just call and ask politely. Let them know that you'll be playing 8-10 hour daily while there and they hook it up.
That said, I'm not sure if the OP is looking for a room or just a poker room. The Wynn is good, if not great. They've got the BEST eye candy. Limit games are 4/8, 8/16, 10/20 at the low limits. They've got a soft 1/3 NL game and also spread 2/5. I liked playing at MGM although the waitresses looked like your middle-aged Aunt. Games were really soft there though.

Sorry, they've already got rooms booked at the Mirage so he was just trying to figure out where to go to play poker.........
The way I figure most rooms will be the same, the deciding factor might be the waitresses, or if one place runs alot of 1 table tournaments, or smaller tourney's..... |
