Default Full Tilt is F***ing me

I haven't posted in a while but have been playing regularly. I recently got my wife to start playing and she set up an account on Full Tilt. Well, my wife accumulated $606 on Full Tilt after an initial deposit of $300. I was impressed but that's beside the point.

She wanted to withdraw the money via check so she sent an email to Full Tilt to ask how to do it but she sent it from my email address which is connected to my Full Tilt account.

I got an email saying I had duplicate accounts and that all funds would be transferred to my account. After that email, I could not log in to my Full Tilt account. That was 4 days ago. Since then, I get no response from Full Tilt. I have sent over a dozen emails but they will not respond.

Good luck with their support. I would say your better off making your wife a new account than getting them to help.

So they sent the money from your wife's account to your account and then closed your account? Seems backwards.

Maybe have your wife email them (from her email addy)?

Your fault for emailing from the wrong address.

Hey man,

Thanks for pointing out the obvious. You must be proud of yourself. Of course if she had emailed from her account, all would be well. You must be a member of Mensa. How do you live with all that brainpower?

That was one of the problems. Apparently, Full Tilt thought I was cheating and closed both accounts. My wife's account was closed as well. The issue was that they immediately assumed I was cheating because of the email from the wrong account as Pshabi so nobly pointed out.

I have yet to see the money transfer and I still haven't heard from Full Tilt.

Everyone, including FTP obv, knows you had two accounts. LOL @ "wife." I'm not calling the kettle black, but if you're doing it you better make sure you got the email addys straight. This is admittedly obvious as well. You pulled a Munson. Your bad.

Not sure what you expect FTP (or us, for that matter) to do about it.

I don't want you to do anything about it. I didn't ask for help, especially yours, asshole. I was just relaying a problem I had so if anyone had any similar experience, they might give me some advice. Sorry to inconvenience you. I know you are busy. If you would provide me with a list of Pshabi approved posts, we might avoid this inconvenience in the future.

My complaint is legit...believe it or not.

I am surprised they aren't even acknowledging your emails.

Honestly, I'd suggest posting this on 2p2 where it will get more attention and maybe someone from Full Tilt will at least consider the issue.

I've never heard of money being confiscated in a multiple account issue (without cheating being involved) before, so you must have done something more to make them think you were "cheating." Did both accounts ever play at the same time at the same table or something?

I feel like we are missing part of the story here, but am still surprised FT hasn't at least told you what they are accusing you of.

Hoe about posting the exact correspondence between you and (your wife and) FT? That should paint a clearer picture.

It's effectively confiscated if he can't log into either account.

But I agree with TP, sounds like there's more to this story...

Great idea for Mr. Sensitive here. Go to a place where hundreds of "Shabis" will pounce on it. This type of shit gets no love over there.
