Let's see...

The TITLE portion of the website says "WynnCard"

The main part of the page says "WinDebit"

And finally...the copyright footer says "WinnDebit"

Not to mention that IF all these banks were supposedly on board with this little scam scheme, I'm pretty sure that they would be demanding/have provided high resolution images of their logos - not the blurry ones that appear at the bottom...

Finally, the domain was registered through DomainsByProxy (a GoDaddy subsidiary) via GoDaddy. Not that there is anything wrong with registering through GoDaddy, but I would expect that a business wanting to be taken seriously as an online financial entity would NOT register through a place that effectively hides the registrant information.
