Tech Question - HEM
I may need to do a complete systems recovery on my PC. I know I'll be able to re-install HEM afterwards, but what steps do I have to take to preserve my dB?

I believe all you need to do is Backup your db and then Restore it. This is done through the PosegreSQL admin. I'm pretty sure there are step by step instructions within the HEM software and also on their site.

I think this error means you are not connect to the internet.

You may need to download and re-install the .NET Framework. You can download it .

Thanks. Yeah, I figured that out. After I recovered my system, I installed the wrong version of the .net framework. Everything up and running fine.
