Default Party Poker checks

has anyone ever gotten a check in the mail by party poker? I have some money on Party Poker and soon may be withdrawing and wondering if anyone has gotten a check by them before. How long did it usually take and did you have any problems with it?

They are supposed to be sending me a $150 one, requested it about a week ago havent gotten yet but says 7-10 days so not worried yet.

I used to get checks from them until I signed up for IGMPay (much faster) and then ultimately opened my Neteller account. It took a while, as I recall...

It takes Waaaaaaaaaaaaay too long...

I heard it's a better idea to just play at the 15/30 table instead of waiting.

has anyone used the IGM pay before, can I just give them bank account info at time of withdraw to get it done or do I need to pre-sign up somehwere. I see a application for Pay-Pro is that the same thing?

I don't know if you can do it at withdrawal. When I originally signed up for it, I did it before depositing. Once it's done, then it's really easy to move money - outside of Neteller, that is.

Look into it before sitting at $15/30.

Brian,
Living in MD as well (no netteller), if you are going to be playing at Party even occasionally, you should set up the igmpay acct. Once its set up, its a piece of cake. Takes a few days to completely set it up/verify, but after that its smooth sailing. Definately worth it.

you basically just sign up, give your bank info, then they make 2 small deposits into your bank account. You must then go back and verify with them the amounts of those deposits, and you're good to go.

Default actully

actully just got this from them....

To use eChecks by iGM-Pay:
1. Log on to your *stormswa* account
2. Click on "Cashier" and then on 8Deposit8.
3. Go to the second option *eChecks by iGM-Pay*.
4. Click on the option *Register Bank Account*.
5. All your personal details, i.e., name, date of birth and your
telephone number are already filled in.
6. Below that, there is a field to enter your bank account number, to
re-type it and the ABA Routing number.
7. Fill in those details and click on "Continue".
8. On registering your bank account, you may be prompted with the
option to verify the account by running a simple datacheck.
9. If you have not been prompted with the datacheck or it did not
match, then to verify your bank account, you need to confirm the two Small
Initial Deposits (SIDs), which will reflect in your bank account in 2-3
days.
10. Alternatively, you can avoid the wait by sending us (fax/email) a
copy of a void check from that bank account so that we can verify it
within 15 minutes of us receiving it. Please fax the check to
1-(866)620-8181 or scan and email the attachment as a reply to this email.

basicly same thing I had to do with firepay no biggie, seems the best alternative since I dont have netteler and love party poker.

Brian, just go to the cashier and click withdraw. Use the IGMPay option and fill out all the necessary info. It won't take more than a week to get your money the FIRST withdrawl. Very easy.
