Default Not a bad day's work...

I wasn't planning on playing any poker today... but I sure am glad I did

I read about Party's JAN05REL 15% bonus on here earlier and I also read that the BBJ was over $400k. Seemed like a good opportunity to make a deposit and get some hands in (despite having $300 in bonuses left to clear at Empire).

I deposited $700 and fired up three $5/$10 BBJ tables. Played for a couple of hours, took a break, and then played for a couple more. The day's final numbers are in:

658 raked hands played (857 hands total). $1025.50 profit.

That was with 22% flops seen and 11% hands won (Party's numbers), in case you were interested.

I think this officially marks my best day of $5/$10 limit ever. Now I just need to not blow that all in the next 342 raked hands before I get my bonus! hehe

I don't usually have the bankroll to play at 5/10. Also, I'm generally found at the no limit tables.

With that said, I've NEVER lost at the BBJ 2/4 tables. EVER. Seriously. It's free money. Now you know

Party only. $2/$4 - $15/$30, I think. No short seated games.

Default I gotta say..

I have to tell ya, even though I am a VIP at Empire (heh) I am thinking of moving my entire bankroll over. Here are the reasons:

1. Bad Beat Jackpots
2. Better Tourneys
3. More Aggressive at adding new things

I might just do it this weekend.

Honestly... I wouldn't do it. I play he BBJ rooms when I have a bonus to clear, but other than that, I play Empire. Although, when the BBJ is this high.... yikes.

Default Re-loads

I agree with TP. I'm on Party, and while I enjoy how crazy the BB games are, I still don't think it beats what seem like monthly reloads on Empire. (The Jan reload didn't work for me.) Meanwhile, I'm sitting on well over 1k Party "player points" that still have no value. We'll see if whatever they roll out changes my mind.
