Default Absolute Poker

Anyone playing there? Pros? Cons?

They are accepting U.S. players, right?

i got that deal, where they offered 50$ free, i played with that 50$ got to around 500$, and played the required hands and cashed out, the tourneys i hate, so if ur a tourney player i dont suggest u play there, but if ur a cash game player, i came up by playin cash games and sngs, and im avg player in cash games but they play really loose there. and yes it accepts U.S. players

Why did you hate their tourneys? Bad structure?

Really? I find this interesting. The reputation is that Absolute is a rock garden. They are the only major site where you can get basically unlimited bonus offers, and rakeback, without having one affect the other. Basically if you play at a somewhat high level, and can play break even poker, you can make a decent living by just playing there. But again, Absolute is supposed to be filled with bonus whores and online pros.
If things have loosened up there, it may be a consideration to going back. I havent played there in almost 2 years I think.
They also just changed bonus clearing requirements. I think it got slightly easier, then they changed it to you must see the flop to count. Who knows. Check out bonuswhores for the latest info I guess.
Anyone else been playing there at all?

Don't they heavily target college kids? If that's the case I would think it would be anything but rocky.

i dont like the tourneys because there is just not enough people, im used to big tourneys with at least 300ppl in it, and apsolute poker does not offer that, and when ur playin the tourney, the people just play really really bad, but thats my opinion u can try it out and see.
