Default Most $$$ won or lost in one day?

Up - $13
Down - $9

I'm just getting started, but I'm seeing some fairly consistent results.... got my ups and my downs....

Started with $6, but I hover around the $16-20 mark!

I am usually playing the 0.01/0.02 or the 0.05/0.10 tables at pokerstars... but the 0.01/0.02 seem like a waste of time as you cant bluff and its a call fest... but you get the odd good table of players

Me thinks I shouldn't even bother posting in this thread, since I can beat all numbers posted so far with a single HAND, let alone session or day...

Alright, "The Man," spit it up. Your winnings (and certain $10,000 buy-in seats that you've won) are well documented. But I think we're all curious, now that you've opened THAT can of worms. Cash game-wise, what's your record? If you're worried about sounding pretentious, don't. Christ, this is your site. You've at least earned the right to say, "I've thrown around more money than you!"

And, of course, if you still don't feel comfortable, you can always lie.

Well, I don't record my stats by "day" - I record them by my definition of "session" (all tables played in one sitting). So MY numbers are worse than my PT numbers, for example, which record just one table at a time, and I also don't have a full history for or have any live game play in there. I probably could figure out a worst DAY total, but it would be a pain, so here are a few of my worst "sessions" that jump off the page:
$1371 - my first 4 digit loss - I remember it oh so well - 195 hands total
$1100 - Don't recall. Nothing stings as bad as the first one.
$1402 - just back in September

Those were all 10/20 and up, btw. and they are for 6 max cash games at Party ONLY, cause that's all I have the super-detailed stats for. You can probably add another one or two similar ones from the other sites. I know I dropped a quick $1200+ at Full Tilt on day a couple of weeks ago.

If I rely on Poker Tracker's definition of a session, btw, my numbers come way back down with my best being just $934 (23 hands - that was a fun table) and my worst being -$880. Those were a $15/30 and a $10/20 table respectively.

And of course this doesn't count buying into $1000 and $1500 tourneys and not cashing, and I've done that a few times, as well.

It also doesn't count when you got into a $1000 tourny and came in 6th place.....

$44,180. What a great number.

Hoping to beat that at next year's Main Event...

Those are nice numbers. How much was your initial deposit and what limits do you play now? I'm guessing you moved up too fast, but it sounds like it worked out for you. Well done (assuming you are playing more within your bankroll now).

The only time I played outside of my bankroll was when I first started. Some site was offering a free $25 on Empire if you signed up through them. I did so, and played a few $11 SNGs on there, and got it up to $150. I cashed out, moved the money to NoblePoker and played in their million dollar SNGs (again $11 buy-ins). Got it up to $400 through those ultra soft games. Ever since then I have played within my bankroll (300 BB in limit and 20 buy-ins in NL) and built it up a lot through bonus whoring. I'm currently playing 5/10 LHE.

Actually the winnings from the past three months have been over 5K, but I bought a new computer, about a dozen poker books, and a various poker programs (SNG power tools, Poker Tracker, & Poker Ace Hud).
