Freeroll for poker lessons at Daniel's home in Las Vegas.

I came across this and OW and I played our round 1 and both got through (top 1000 make it to round 2) It was pretty easy to get through. We are playing our round 2 in 2 weeks. (tickets are transferable, just unregister after you make it through round 1).

Nice little package. One of those "somebody's gonna win, why not me?" sorta things.

The really nice part is that the round one's are soooo easy, that a lot of crappy players get though to round 2.

Both Rob and I have completed Round 1. The play was so awesome. I loved how there were only about 1400-1800 registered and 1000 sattied in, but every other hand there were two or three allins at my table. I didn't play a single hand and qualified.

I finished Round 2 as well. There were just over 6k and 1000 qualified. Bascially strong bubble play will get you to the "money" even if you are short.

But if you're gonna try and win the final, you better watch out for Rob and I.

I'm going to have to play these..... I remember a tourney about two years ago I won and received an autographed photo of Daniel Negreanu, $50 in free sub certificates and something else!

And a chance to go qualify to play DN heads up for university tuition! There were 45 of us I think in the final!

Nope. I played in a freeroll. Early on I got a free play in the BB with J7s. Three way pot. Flop came J-7-5r. I checked, EP bet 2/3 pot, MP minraised, I re-minraised, EP folded, MP shoved, I called.

MP turned over 75s.

Turn was (you guessed it) a 5. I was crippled and went out shortly thereafter.

Freeroll fun.

Weird. The freeroll I played in was restricted to Canadians only. Must be more than one kind.

RI is part of the Maritimes, so it counts as Canada.
