Wsop Circut Championship...
WOW!!! Chris Reslock plays John Juanda for 7-8 hours before finally winning the WSOP circut champ....im amazed at this guy
Reslock raised to $18,000 in Hand #295, Juanda reraised to $60,000, and Reslock took his time to make the call, sizing up his opponent. The flop came 7c-6d-3d, Juanda bet $65,000, and Reslock reraised to $200,000. Now it was Juanda's turn to stop and think, and he considered the situation for several minutes before he waved his hand and said, "All in." Juanda had As-Kh (overcards), but Reslock had nailed the flop with Kd-7d (top pair, flush draw). Things got worse for Juanda because they shared a king, leaving him with just two outs (the non-diamond aces) to survive. The last two cards were 6h-3s, and John Juanda was eliminated in second place, earning $186,240. Chris Reslock won the WSOP Circuit Championship at the Showboat Casino in Atlantic City, earning $335,235, a gold-and-diamond ring, and entry into the 2006 WSOP Tournament of Champions. my friend saw them for a while live and he said that he could tell JJ was getting upset with himself...dont know if the last hand was tilt or he was trying to represent something |
