Default PokerTracker Qs & As

Maybe TP can make this a sticky thread, I would imagine people could benefit from it.

I just downloaded PokerTracker and finally registered.

I'm having problems importing hands from my default email client, Outlook Express. From the PokerTracker window, I click Import Hand Histories / Tournament Summaries. Then I chose the *Check E-mail button. (Since Party histories are kept on my HD, I am now looking to add my Stars statistics.)

When I click the button, I get an error:
MAIL ERROR: Unable to create a mail session.

I double-checked to see if Outlook was my default mail client, and it is. Anyone know a quick fix to this? Why am I getting this error?

I'm very new to PT, and I'm interested in maximizing its capabilities. I know some of you are very well-versed so I'm looking for some guidance. I'll probably have more questions... and... any type of shortcuts / tricks to getting the most out of the program would be much appreciated.

Thanks guys.

Poker Tracker has their own support forum. I see no need to reproduce it here.

Don't get me wrong - I LOVE Poker Tracker. Anyone who doesn't have it yet should get it.

Here's my affiliate link for them, btw (just noticed they have an affiliate program yesterday):
