TO Geoff M.
Just got this from Full Tilt. Your WSOP O8 satelites are here.
I guess you can look to Lou, even though this thread wasn't addressed to you. Starting Monday, April 18th, Full Tilt Poker is running daily $24 + $2 multi-table tournaments that can earn you WSOP tournament chips redeemable for entry into any of the WSOP's $1,500 tournaments, along with $500 in spending money. Every week night, you can play a variety of games including 7-Card Stud, Stud Hi/Lo, Omaha Hi/Lo, Pot-Limit Omaha, Razz, Pot-Limit Hold 'em, Limit Hold 'em, and No Limit Hold 'em. Don't be intimidated if you're not familiar with some of these games because we have a number of primers that can teach you everything you need to get started.

Thanks Chip. I haven't even signed up there yet so I guess I can also get my deposit bonus.

600 big ones. Quit screwing around with the other rinky dink sites and give this one a try. Other than the Hand History shortcomings, I really like it.
I sat at a $10/$20 NL table last night with Flack, Matusow, and Quiet Lion. The first two left within an orbit of me buying in... Wusses! |

The only thing is I heard the bonus is very difficult to clear, especially when I play mainly 1/2 6-handed O8. Any idea how long it would take to clear, or is it at least cleared in chunks?

It's cleared in $20 chunks. I have no idea how long it would take at that limit of that game. I actualy haven't played there very much, and I'm through $100 already. I can/could do $20-40 a night, easily, but I play a little bit higher stakes.
Here's my link, btw: = |
