This game is sweet, but I suck at it. I can't figure out why the lines don't move forever and then all of a sudden move three times in 5 seconds. WTF?

Acually it doesnt. Everytime you clear a color it dissaperes of the screen and it doesn't pop up again. I got it down to two colors, light blue and yellow then they give you a 5 min clock to clear the board. I cleared it with 4 minutes left and ended the came with about 35k and they gave me a 40k bonus for clearing it all. Not good anough for 1st though lol...

There's a "countdown" on the left. Each time you miss, where you don't clear any bubbles, you lose a green dot. When all green dots are gone, the bubbles drop and the green dots reload minus one. And so on until you don't get any green dots and once the bubbles go down after that, you reload back to the start again.

I'm sure this is a confusing explanation, but I think once you play again, you will see what I'm talking about.

Well, don't I feel like an idiot now? Here, I was too busy "rushing," trying to beat the imaginary clock, to notice the countdown thing. So it's not timed at all - it's about choosing the best shots.

I like it even more now.

the sad thing is I could probably easily beat TPs score but I dont really feel like wasting a hour (or more) playing this game.

If I get some free time I might just go for it tho.

This game is the most addicting game ever!

Ugh....

But, my question is.... what is your strategy? and how many colours have you eliminated?

I can normally eliminate one colour fully, but then I die.....

Tips?

I would just like to add that this game is the biggest ripoff ever.....

I cleared all the bubbles with about 20 000 points, and got a score of 90 000. This game should be based on speed of completion, rather than just surviving the longest and getting most points.

I disagree. Doing it that way would add in a lot more luck, based on the kinds of boards you get. Doing it how it's currently done, you have to plan your shots better and decide when you want to eliminate a color and when you don't.

Exactly my point, the object of the game is too complete the board. NOT to score as many points as possible. Accurate shooting, and shots well decided lead to the board being completed FASTER. Hence, the board being completed fastest should be the top score. I've played the game religiously, and I've never come across an "easy" board.

How in the world can the object of the game NOT be to score as many points as possible? Take a look at the high scores list and see what's at the top - Looks like the highest scores to me, but maybe I'm mitaken.

And the boards get RIDICULOUSLY easy when you are down to 2 and 3 colors. At that point, you need to be careful to NOT clear the board. Well, assuming you are trying for a high score, like everyone else, I mean.

I think your getting defensive when your not understanding what I'm trying to say.

The object of the game SHOULD be to clear the board the FASTEST, and hence clearing the board FAST would result in a HIGH score

I lasted 5:15 seconds with a 3rd place score. Have you all ever played the Paper Airplane game by XBox? My top score for the that is 148ft.

Great games!!
