Default thinking about moving money to stars

ive had it with party / empire... in the last 48 hours ive lost 250$+ to 2 and 3 outers, in tournaments and in cash games. who plays stars on here? ive heard a lot of good things about it, but i cant buyin. if somone could exchange me some stars money for empire money in about a week id really appreciate it, only $50 or so for starters (ill send u 55 for ur trouble)

thanks,

-jB

Well, there are lots of suckouts on Party ... you think moving your money to Stars would change things? Its nickname is "RiverStars." Anyway, I play on both, a glutton for punishment.

G'luck when you get on there. I can't transfer money because all my funds are on Party and $5 isn't worth all the transfer trouble.

your gonna get the same stuff no matter where you go you just have to brush it aside as bad luck and keep going. Thats why I play a couple systems at once so if one is down for me can always play the other one .

I would tend to agree with these guys. From my expirience Stars is a little better for than party. Only my opinion though.

A little better?

Stars support is alot better. Stars software and tournaments are alot better. The players are generally better.

The possibility of sucking out is always extraordinary though.

Yeah.. something like that. But he only plays in the big tourneys. I can't imagine he would ever play 5/10 at ... If ou want to play low limite with him, you'll need to play at . He has his own table there and does play now and then...

Default why why why why why why why why why

Why do people constantly insinuate that bad beats or suckouts have anything to do with the host of the game? Really, it's annoying the shit out of me. Blame a bad player, blame the luck associated with the game, but what does Party have to do with it?

Some idiot on party thought "this shit is rigged" when I caught a good hand in the $5, 2000 man tourney taking a lot of money from him. The following hand he goes all-in and I just happened to have AA.

"This is rigged" blah blah blah. He didn't know I had been sitting there for two hours with 2 playable hands twiddling my thumbs.

What makes you think the tourneys are better than on Party? Not disagreeing, just curious. Never been on Stars.

Simple: It's an easy way for bad players to justify losing.

With that said, if you are "running bad," and it's in your head, a hane of scenery isn't necessarily a bad idea. Of course the site isn't rigged, but sometimes, just changing things up a bit can make YOU feel better, which may allow you to play better...

I like the starting chips for one thing....
Also I prefer playing 9-handed vs 10 handed.

My vote is for Stars... Although I do play both and will continue to do so.
Nothing wrong with either.

[quote=johnbaker]Absolutely not. I just answered a question that was asked. And TYPICALLY, the people who go on and on saying the poker sites are rigged are bad players trying to justify why they are losing.

Have you ever heard a winning player suggest a poker site is rigged? Of course not.

I would like to imply that you are a bad player - but not for that reason.

All you do is whine about how you're always losing your money. Good players don't whine - they WIN! Apparently, you are incapable of winning.

Stop whining, start winning!

Bring on the HU match!!!!

I'll do the transfer if you'd like.

So I give you 50 PS dollars and you give me 55 PP dollars?

PM me if you're still interested.

Cheers,

Gutzz
