I don't like the Steelers, but that was one hell of a catch.
It's a shame Warner couldn't have gotten that final pass off. I know it was a longshot, but with Boldin and Fitzgerald running around down there, crazy shit could have happened. That would have been a much cooler way to end the game, regardless of the outcome. |

I wasn't rooting for the Steelers and I actually respect Kurt Warner, but I am glad as hell that I didn't have to listen to how Jesus Christ wanted the Arizona Cardinals to win the game in any post Super Bowl interview.

LOL... last night on NFL Network they ran a show called Live Wire and in that show there's a camera angle of the catch that was never shown during the broadcast where it really looks like he never got his right foot down.

more than any other sport the NFL keeps the gameday directors under such close wraps. All replays are cut off before any controversial images can be shown. I am not claiming that the fix was in or anything, but just that more than any other sport the NFL controls which images are replayed during a gamecast. |
