Just wondering why you're picking Friday nights for these (b/c lots of people are out on Friday nights)... I would think you'd get a better turn-out if you did it say after 10 p.m. on a Tuesday.

Most people who go out on Fridays have social lives. The Arcade has shown decisively that that is not a hurdle for many on the board. (myself included)

And of course I say this as a proud member of the top 10 on the leader board and currently the holder of 2 high scores. Everyone is appearing for trial, so there are not a lot of bail jumpers to go after.

Wow - check out the cold call by storm with KTo. I'm definitely looking forward to those we were promised.

Who won? I tanked out second on a badly played hand (by me) against Nikita who held KK.

I would just like to say srry for how I acted during this tourney as I was on tilt and being a complete asshole. I might not have been as bad as some people would call an asshole but it was really out of character for me...I'm Sorry.

ok took me awhile to get around to this, my call was fine with KT there for a couple of reasons. Actully needed 2 to be present to make that call, of course folding here was also a good option but calling was not bad.

1. I closed the betting - what this means is I was the last to act, if there was action behind me then yes of course I could not call. dont remember the names of players and dont feel like looking but the cold call before me screamed small pocket pair. It was kinda obvious actully because what else could he just call with there that hand me dominated, nothing. Getting 3-1 I think thats easy call seeing as im closing the betting round.

2. I was pretty sure it would be checked through, so with that in mind I knew I could make the call and get to see 5 cards unless he hit a set and then I coud fold easily when I missed flop. Now the all in guy, well its obvious he had a pretty good hand seeing as the 4th player was sitting out and would be blinded out in couple hands I knew he had to have AQ+ or JJ+, but he didnt matter because like I said I was getting 3-1 on a decent hand (not good) and I knew that I would still have plenty of chips to work with if I blanked the flop.

have to ask our donkament experts here but i can't see why you would call off 6.5bb with shallow stacks and a bad hand. mayhem??

shallow stacks?

I had 48bb, you concider that shallow? I had plenty of chips to make the call, plenty, its not like I had 12 bb and I was calling of 6.5 of them. Still had tons of fold equity after this hand. And I pretty much proved that by getting it even heads up and then getting unlucky when my top pair lost to 2nd pair.

One more thing worth noting here, even though I'm sure you don't think about things like this:

One more question, since I didn't even read #2 until now because I had so many s about number 1....

So, if you did hit that flop (or any of the board cards) with your "decent hand" (that's worthy of a right there), I'm wondering just how much more of yout stack you'd be willing to put in the middle with your junk hand? I mean, let's change that Ace overcard for you and give YOU TP, so say the board was this:

[4s 7s Kh 5d] [3d]

Are you really willing to go broke here? Or would you just maybe off another 25% of your stack before folding?

Just wondering.

Again... I really can't WAIT for that video series. Hopefully all my questions will be answered then, because I have to tell you - right now, I don't have any idea what the hell you are talking about. It's almost like we are analyzing two completely different hands!

TP I would never put the video on this site, I would put it on the private section of cardschat. Why would I put it up here? you yourself said you would watch it just for a chuckle?

why would I take my time to do something for a forum that obviously would not appriciate it. As for hand I was mistaken in the hand when I said I was cloing the betting, yea now it was a bad play all together...yea cant even go into #2 because well just because with me having someone to act behind me this is pretty bad all together, yep call.

I knew the player was sitting out though, that didnt matter to me I knew if the player all in won I could easily wait for him to blind out. Think I even mentioned that in 1st post, again with me missplaying the hand being 2nd to act none of that matters. I thought vanquish called before me, call it a mindlapse.

doesn't it just feel wrong to call off 7.5BB (sorry not 6.5) with KTo??

you are "shallow" here in the sense that you're calling off 16% of your remaining stack. not that i think i'd ever call 7.5BB with KTo because it's such a horrible postflop hand.

i don't mean to offend or anything, just being honest

Wait... I guess I'm confused again. Did I completely misinterpret ? I thought you were asking if people would be interested, and I thought people were saying yes.

Just curious why you've decided to only take from this forum and not give anything back. I mean, if you weren't making any videos that would be one thing, but to specifically say you are making them and will post them on another forum (hello spam) but NOT here... that seems pretty shitty to me.
