Default PartyPoker December / Holidays Reload Bonus?

Not really spamming here, so I figured this is the "fitting" forum:

Has anyone heard anything on the December or Holiday reload bonus for Party? Looking to "reorganize" my "portfolio."

Nothing's available yet, but I'm on the prowl. As soon as I hear about it, I'll post it here. After having pokertracker and seeing I've paid mroe rake than profits gained, I look at these bonuses as my "rake back" system. I deposited $500 last month to get my $100. Had to work to clear it though, but not more than usual. I'll do the same this month.

I'm guessing most of these poker sites are saving their holiday promos until the weekend before they start shouting the news, cause so far it has been a huge disappointment.

2+2 is reporting that Empire is offering 15% with GET15, though it may be account specific. I don't care how many free hats I get. Until Party gives me a 15-20% reload every month, I'll remain jealous of Empire skin players.

I created an account on Empire before with my real address info and everything, but never deposited.....I would try to take advantage of the deposit bonus there...but I'm afraid I'll violate their terms and services and get my money stripped ><

Speak of the devil....Party just announced the Dec reload bonus - 20% up to 200 dollars. Requires 7X raked hands play through with in a week.

EDIT: I think it starts at midnight EST tonight - so don't deposit right now =P. It's only on from the 17th to 20th or something

Moving first with an oversize 20% up to $200 is a clever move by Party. They are encouraging players to deposit as much as $1000 and play up to 1400 raked hands to clear it. This will undoubtedly have the effect of draining player bankrolls and time that might have gone to the competition.

I plan to just hit it hard tonight when it first becomes available, clear it in a couple of days, and then be ready to take advantage of whatever offers turn up elsewhere.

Know what you mean pokershelf. That's like one of the few things I like about party is how fast you can move money in and out of there. With Neteller the transaction out of Party is so fast that you can just make the original deposit then quickly withdraw like 60% of it right away...and take out the rest later

Shit, that's some crazy bonus money. Last time, I was only able to get up to $100 I believe. I'm going to have to drop a G in there this time to take advantage of this. Should be able to get the 1400 hands but that would suck if you got to like 1350 or something like that.

OKAY HYPOTHETICAL - say I have $400 in my account now. I could deposit $1000 for the 20% bonus, with draw like $800 immediately, which would leave me with $600 and then play the 1400 hands to clear the bonus right?

IS THERE ANYTHING I'M NOT READING OR THAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND ABOUT THIS PROCESS? WOULD HATE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT AND THEN FUCK IT UP.

Yes, I"m pretty sure you can do that pshabi. YOu can actually deposit a grand, withdraw everything from the account the bonus will still be there. You would have to deposit back in and finish the play through requirements before it expires.

Why don't you withdrawal the $400 you already have in there, and add $600 to it? That'll give you $1k. Deposit your "G" after 12am tonight, and then you can begin to work off the 1400 hand requirement. You should have a $200 deposit bonus waiting for you at the end of the tunnel.

Seems easier to do it that way.

I'm very excited about this, and busy trying to figure out just how many hands I can realistically play in the next seven days. Meanwhile, as I crank through this, my number of the still mysterious Party Points will soar. Could be a very good December.

Default Cranking away

Well, last night I deposited an extra $250 -- I would have loved to do more, but with only 7 days to clear and the holiday right around the corner, even the 350 raked hands that it will require will be pushing it. Cranked out 63 last night, and plan to do some serious low-limit multi-tabeling tonight. I'm also going to re-read my own damn post from a while back about the opportunity cost of chasing these things.

Any raked hand counts. I don't know what limit you like to clear bonuses with, but I usually multi-table the $25NL Tables. The blinds are cheap and the action is good. When you get a good hand, you can make some additional cash...

You like to stick to LHE? One orbit of $2/4 blinds ($3) is equal to four orbits of $25NL table blinds. ($.75 an orbit).

That math is important. I usually try to play as much of the bonus off as a I can on 2/4 limit, as it is my best game, with 50/1 a fall back. If I were to play 25NL, I'd have to single table, but this would be an affordable -- and fun -- way to do it, and could well result in some extra cash as the Friday night games are likely to be very loose. See my new thread on the idea of mutlitabeling on different games.

I think you should have your goals straight when playing for these bonuses. If you're trying to hammer out the bonus and the bonus amount you get out is going to give a significant return as oppose to your normal amount you make, then you should aim for low limit tables.

Eg. You deposit 1000, for 200 dollar bonus. You're an average player and usually break even. Then your primary goal should be to just cleared the 1400 hands by multitabling low limit tables and try to at worse break even on the tables.

If you're a high limit player, and the 200 dollars is something you could make in one sitting. Then you should deposit enough to clear the raked hands. For example if you play 3/6 all the time and you're usually a winner of like 50 or 60 bucks in a sitting, then forget about the bonus amount. Stay focused on your own game and make money that way. Just deposit like $350 to clear 500 hands to get around 70 bucks. This way you don't have to lose focus on your normal game trying to get this bonus.

I have a question... if you were going to take advantage of a reload bonus... where does the bonus code go at? on the deposit page?... also does Empire have a reload bonus?

At party, you just hit cashier in the main lobby then hit deposit, it'll bring you to the deposit screen where you can enter the amount and can enter deposit codes.
