These are all normally VERY solid books and will be again, at least I hope, but with the recent DOJ involvement and arrests of guys like Kaplan you may want to be safe rather than sorry in this case.

These are outstanding books, but who knows what power/authority the US Gov't thinks it can excersize about now, there is no telling what "Political favors" they may cash in.

Get your money out today and play somewhere else for the time being.

These sites are all owned by the same person, not so much that there is a list floating around, just that you tend to know what books are under the same ownership as another from playing on-line a bunch.

Other books should not be a problem at all, it's just that if the DOJ wants to start tearing apart this guys life about offering wager to US citizens then it may not be out of the question that they get shut down during the investigation meaning you will have no access to that money.

Am I over-reacting, probably, but why take the risk if there are other books to use that are not currently under investigation?

I don't think you're overreacting at all. After all, I'd hate to be a sucker who has a significant portion of my bankroll tied up and hinging on a lawsuit. You might never see it again.
