Default Superbowl?

What team do you think will win the superbowl?
Even thought I think that the Colts are doing really well this season not even losing a game, I still think that they are not going to win the superbowl. I hope the Bears would since I used to live in chicago but they don't stand a chance. I think that the Atlanta Falcons are going to win it. They have been playing okay this year.

I think the colts will make the SB for sure in the AFC... The patriots arent what they use to be, the steelers dont know how to win a playoff game.

The NFC is really wide open... I like the panthers to come out of the NFC IF their defense can come together. On offense they are a well balanced team with Davis running well (Foster in waiting just incase) and Delhomme and Steve Smith hooking up for all kinds of passes.

They have been struggling on defense this year... if Peppers and the boys can come together this last half of the season and start playing like they know how, they will make it to the SB.

Panthers wont make it through the falcons. Vick is their kryptonite...We own them when it counts. Falcons and colts in the superbowl. falcons win 24-22, heh.

I'm picking the Colts vs. the Panthers in the SB too. Would love to see my Eagles make it, and I haven't counted out Cincy yet, but I'm still calling Colts/Panthers right now. In fact, I literally bet on that yesterday.

The Chiefs are going all the way now. With Holmes out for season Larry Johnson will be able to show the league that he is just as good if not better than Holmes. As long as the Chiefs' defense can get healthy and stay healthy it will be the Chiefs vs Cowboys in the Superbowl.

lol...

Larry Johnson will never be better than Holmes... if he can score 66 TDs in 3 season then more power to him I suppose.

It will definitely be hard for him to be better, but he's pretty damn good. I expect to see huge numbers out of him for the rest of this season...

Don't look now, but Penguinfan is gonna give you the Super Bowl matchup right here:

Super Bowl XL will feature the Denver Broncos and the Chicago Bears, book it.

I hate to ruin it for people who don't want to know so the winner will be below in white:

Barring any significant injuries the Super Bowl XL winner isThe Chicago Bears!!!

Congrats to them and their backers!!!!

I can dream can't I? He's not the receiver Holmes was that's the only difference. Huge, huge, huge difference, but the only difference.

i am with the colts and panthers too.

the bengals will be really exposed this week against the colts. they have gotten beaten up by the only two good teams that they have played (sorry, but i dont think that chicago is that good at all), and they will probably lose at home in the first round of the playoffs.

my pats are not going to do it again this year, although they will be significantly better once seymour comes back. they have been devastated by injuries, yet they will still win the division and have a first round home game. brady has been awesome so far, but they really need dillon and seymour back healthy if they are going to have any chance at all.

vick will not lead the falcons to the super bowl. he will get the credit if they make it, but honestly warrick dunn has a more consistent impact on a game. vick is just way too inconsistent, and he is so overhyped due to his immense athletic ability. sometimes that just doesnt translate to NFL success (just look at Lavar arrington).

the panthers are beasts. bad ass defense and a solid offense.

the colts have finally put together some semblance of a defense, and they have been very healthy this year. combine that with home field advantage through the playoffs, and an indoor super bowl, and they will win the whole thing.

I am hoping for the Bears to pull off some upsets in the playoffs and go t the superbowl since I have been a fan of them all my life, but I think it will be the Panthers and Colts, and the Colts win it all.

Eagles will go undefeated the rest of the year and lock up the wild card. Mike McMahon will be a great QB. Then, they will make it to the Super Bowl and defeat the Colts 28-24.

I know that you are an Eagles fan, but you got to be realistic here. Mike McMahon a great qb? If they cant win with McNabb, they wont win with McMahon.

I think Seattle has a chance if they dont make stupid mistakes. One of those guys on the Sunday show said its gonna be Seattle vs Denver. I think Colts wont make it to the playoffs because their defense still isnt good. I think the Chargers might have a chance if they can get into the playoffs.

The Falcons are a decent team who probably wouldn't be in the playoffs if they played in the AFc. You say they are playing ok, but playing ok does not win super bowls. And Vick obviously isn't the Panthers kryptonite considering the Panthers just beat them.

My pick for the super bowl is the Colts over the Giants. (But thats only if the Redskins whole team gets disqualified from the season)

Vick still is the panthers kryptonite and we are going to make it into the playoffs ! I have 10 dollars on that mouth too, any takers? Bucs sux, and panthers a pussy cats. WE got this. On the other hand, we have a lot of work to do in the playoffs and I would be surprised to see us in the superbowl.

P.S. Don't forget about NE, they are still the reigning champs. I'll go so far as to put 10 dollars on the pats going to the superbowl? 2 to 1, any takers?

there is no way the pats are knocking off the colts thats a given. I don't want to jump on the bandwagon but colts have that game in the bag, unless brady thorws for like 1000 yards lol
