Shitty shitty beat. Is that preflop call standard? Almost 20% of your stack. Pot odds + implied odds make it ok?

Good question. I thought about dumping it preflop. With the one guy all-in (i cant get any more chips from him) i wasnt sure whether to call or not. Also figured the big stack would be tight and even if i hit a set, i might not get paid.

Probably dumping it preflop would be the right thing. I dont know. Sometimes i wonder if i dont play 'too clever/too tight' - so maybe i over-compensated when i called this.

I don't know either way. Would like to hear some other's opinions though. I was just asking FMI.

Cool. I was also looking at it as a chance to 'gang up' on an all-in short stack. Plus sometimes when someone is all-in - the other person wont bet so i get a cheap showdown with the 5s.

I would instafold 55 preflop there unless villains were pushing (literally) every hand.
