I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.

I don't know how you can stomach those swings. Either your BR has grown massively in the last month, or you are playing way over your BR.

I'm pretty good about handling the swings, I don't think about the $ I won or lost ever away from the tables. (The AK vs A7 hand with 18 left in the 2.5k 6m tourny has haunted me more than any hand ever though, I just really thought it was going to be my big tourny score. I was playing great and had really strong reads on the whole table, but the 7 on the turn just sums up my year and cost me about $100k on average I'd say. I would have been able to just play tight till FT where the min pay out was 67k, and it possibly cost me 1st places payday of 457k. It's obv I've had nightmares of that hand way too many times the past week.)

I will admit this is the most frustrating year of poker in my life by far though. I keep building my roll up, and then setting myself up to win more and more, but the cards just are not falling my way when I move up. The beats just keep knocking my BR back down to me making a small profit, instead of really running away with it. I've never gone through this so many times before as I have in the past couple months.
