Default Party considers a VUIMP

Very unimportant person.

So after all the Party VIP posts over at 2+2, I tried emailing and asking what they could do for me. I'm currently playing five to 10 hours a week, two-tabeling 2/4 and 3/6 BB tables.
But I guess I haven't show enough "dedication."

Thank you for your interest in joining our exclusive PartyPoker.com VIP Club.

After reviewing your account, I must inform you that you have been unsuccessful
in your application to become a member at this time.

The club is by invitation only; players will only be invited to join if they
satisfy a pre- determined level, based on time spent at the site, patterns of
play and dedication shown to PartyPoker.com. There are also many factors taken
in to account that I have not mentioned in this mail that hold a bearing on
playerıs eligibility.

We are continually monitoring our accounts, and will continue to invite players
to join as their circumstances alter. If you feel at any time that your play has
reached a level that you think we should consider, please write to us at
and request that we re-assess your eligibility.

We wish you luck for the future.

When it comes to offering good games and coming up with new ideas, Party is on the ball - the best of the best. But when it comes to other HUGELY important things, like, you know, customer service, I don't think they could get much worse.

Sometimes all I can do is shake my head.

What does being a Party VIP entitle one to anyway?

Here's another example... I got an email from them a few weeks back saying my FP points were about to expire if I didn't log on and play some raked hands. So, I log on and play some raked hands and think everything is cool. Well, then they send me an email saying my points have expired due to inactivity. So, I fire back an email saying check your records b/c I just played some raked hands within the last couple weeks. Then I get this response from them:

"We are adding the PCP points that expired due to the inactivity of your account. Please be aware that this is a one time courtesy that we are extending to our special players. Do try and ensure that your account does not remain inactive for more than 30 days in future

Thank you for choosing us as your online gaming site!
