I took down another tourney last night on UB
So after getting sick of the gaming club , i decided to throw some $ into UB. I've been playing some real good tournament poker lately and made 2 final tables last week before blowing off my chips and settling for a disappointing 7th and 8th. Well anyways I vowed to really put on the war face in the 10pm $6000 guarnteed on UB. with 568 entrants it was quite a large field , I managed to get a decent stack size and was able to just survive all the way down to 11 players when i got dealt KK and raised the pot only to be put all in , he had AK and we were down to the final table and with 90 000 in chips I was in a healthy 3rd. I played superaggresive at the final table and knocked out oppenents left and right. When we got to HU I had 2\3rds of the chips and knocked out the final player in 5 hands. With $3400 for first it was a nice pay off for a $20 investment. Now if I can only stay away from the shorthanded 5\10 games i'll be alright.
