You musta been read as loose/aggressive for him to call down on the last hand, no?
Also, I don't think there is anything more infuriating to know that you folded to a post oak...god that ruffles my feathers.

Updating this old thread...
I thought I posted about it at the time, but I can't find it anywhere. JJ Liu sat down and played me about a month ago, and she beat me. She was easily the "worst" pro I've played. That put me to 3-3 lifetime against the FT Pros. Today, Martin Klaeser sat down with me. I didn't even know he was a pro until I happened to notice the red in the tourney lobby. I've never heard of him, nut he was easily the best of the bunch I've played HU to date. I managed to win though, mostly thanks to this a big cooler hand where I flopped top set with KK and he made two pair catching both his A and 9 on the turn and river (I played the hand well and doubled up). Finished him off here: Full Tilt Poker Game #6401849561: $200 + $10 Heads Up Sit & Go (48691287), Table 1 - 25/50 - No Limit Hold'em - 16:17:02 ET - 2008/05/13 Seat 1: Martin Klaeser (425) Seat 2: Troll Pie (2,575) Martin Klaeser posts the small blind of 25 Troll Pie posts the big blind of 50 The button is in seat #1 *** HOLE CARDS *** Dealt to Troll Pie [As 9c] Martin Klaeser raises to 425, and is all in Troll Pie calls 375 Martin Klaeser shows [Tc 9d] Troll Pie shows [As 9c] *** FLOP *** [3h 6d Ah] *** TURN *** [3h 6d Ah] [6h] *** RIVER *** [3h 6d Ah 6h] [Jc] Martin Klaeser shows a pair of Sixes Troll Pie: gg Troll Pie shows two pair, Aces and Sixes Troll Pie wins the pot (850) with two pair, Aces and Sixes Martin Klaeser stands up Troll Pie stands up *** SUMMARY *** Total pot 850 | Rake 0 Board: [3h 6d Ah 6h Jc] Seat 1: Martin Klaeser (small blind) showed [Tc 9d] and lost with a pair of Sixes Seat 2: Troll Pie (big blind) showed [As 9c] and won (850) with two pair, Aces and Sixes 4-3. My very unofficial ranking of the pros I've played to date, based on HU SNG skill alone (very small sample size, mind you): Martin Klaeser (1-0) Jennifer Harman (2-2) Barry Boatman (1-0) JJ Liu (0-1) I'd play JJ Liu all day long, but I think I'd actually avoid Klaeser - and I don't say that about very many people HU. His style is exploitable, but I'd prefer to play the passive types than the very aggro ones. |

Klaeser won a huge freeroll back late last year. I don't think he really has any other notable tournament results. Interesting bio on him though:

I played and beat Scott Montgomery today. He was good, but exploitable. I don't feel that I have a significant edge against him though. I won because I ran better. Updating my list, ranked very unofficially in order of their HU SNG skill level:
Martin Klaeser (1-0) Scott Montgomery (1-0) Jennifer Harman (2-2) Barry Boatman (1-0) JJ Liu (0-1) Total: 5-3 |

I played Nikolay Evdakov a couple of weeks ago and went 0-2 again him. He wasn't horrible, but I wasn't overly impressed. He coolered me pretty big in both matches.
Today, I played and beat Raul Oliveira. He was good enough that I declined the rematch, which says a lot. Here is my updated, very unofficial ranking of the FT "Pros" I have played based on their HU SNG skills: Martin Klaeser (1-0) Scott Montgomery (1-0) Raul Oliveira (1-0) Jennifer Harman (2-2) Nikolay Evdakov (0-2) Barny Boatman (1-0) JJ Liu (0-1) Total: 6-5 Pretty funny that I have a winning record against the pros I feel are the most skilled... and I lost to freaking JJ Liu. |

Ran like freaking hell tonight, but fortunately Full Tilt Pro Matt Sexton sat down to try to take a piece of me, and he DIDN'T suck out like the donks were.
My updated list: Martin Klaeser (1-0) Scott Montgomery (1-0) Raul Oliveira (1-0) Jennifer Harman (2-2) Nikolay Evdakov (0-2) Matt Sexton (1-0) Barny Boatman (1-0) JJ Liu (0-1) Total: 7-5 |

Since they dropped JJ you can take that loss off the tally.

Was not aware of that. What does it take for one to be de-reded?
Maybe it's being ranked last in this thread. Barny better watch out the next time I update my list. |

Barny Boatman is actually not a bad player but I would say he is the weakest on your list.

It was posted on 2+2 that she wore Stars shirt at an event in Macau.

Toto Leonidas sat with me tonight. He wasn't bad, but he's definitely exploitable. He ran better than me and won. In the long run, I don't think I'd have a significant enough edge over him to make playing him worthwhile, but FWIW, I accepted the rematch and he declined. Wuss.
My updated red list, in order of how skilled I perceive them to be: Martin Klaeser (1-0) Scott Montgomery (1-0) Raul Oliveira (1-0) Toto Leonidas (0-1) Jennifer Harman (2-2) Nikolay Evdakov (0-2) Matt Sexton (1-0) Barny Boatman (1-0) JJ Liu (0-1) Total: 7-6 |

So the rake is almost the overall winner?

Raul Oliveira just spanked me. It was cooler city, but I'm moving him up one spot on the list anyway.
Martin Klaeser (1-0) Raul Oliveira (1-1) Scott Montgomery (1-0) Toto Leonidas (0-1) Jennifer Harman (2-2) Nikolay Evdakov (0-2) Matt Sexton (1-0) Barny Boatman (1-0) JJ Liu (0-1) Total: 7-7 |
