I can't believe these players play 100 dollar stakes
These aren't terrible beats as far as % goes, although I am a clear favorite both times.... but just the stupid play amazes me. Freakin online players
We have hand 1 of 1. PokerStars Game #3341131688: Tournament #16549717, Hold'em No Limit - Level III (25/50) - 2005/12/15 - 14:48:55 (ET) Table '16549717 1' Seat #7 is the button Seat 2: TheNextThing (2310 in chips) Seat 3: mfabio19 (1175 in chips) Seat 6: Ilost1again (2285 in chips) Seat 7: LUCKY ERLUCE (1185 in chips) Seat 8: greekr (2045 in chips) greekr: posts small blind 25 TheNextThing: posts big blind 50 *** HOLE CARDS *** Dealt to TheNextThing [4h 5h] mfabio19: folds Ilost1again: raises 50 to 100 LUCKY ERLUCE: calls 100 greekr: folds TheNextThing: calls 50 Im getting over 5 to 1 on my money here, im already partially in and its a min raise. I can understand an arguement for folding, but I don't agree *** FLOP *** [4d Js 2c] TheNextThing: checks Ilost1again: checks weakness LUCKY ERLUCE: bets 250 maniac, raises most preflop, bets a lot of flops...I am 95% sure I am ahead here. TheNextThing: raises 400 to 650 Ilost1again: folds LUCKY ERLUCE: calls 400 *** TURN *** [4d Js 2c] [Kd] don't like the king, but I still think he is empty, and Ive invested too much to fold here for another 400 TheNextThing: bets 450 LUCKY ERLUCE: calls 435 and is all-in *** RIVER *** [4d Js 2c Kd] [Ad] *** SHOW DOWN *** TheNextThing: shows [4h 5h] (a pair of Fours) LUCKY ERLUCE: shows [Tc Qs] (a straight, Ten to Ace) I don't get get it??? I guess I could of raised to put him all in on the flop if I was just going to do it on the turn anyway in retrospect... but I wonder if it would of mattered considering he called with a backdoor straight draw and 1 over card?? then the punk finishes me off WHEN I HAVE THE SAME CARDS! I see no bad plays there just bad luck. (If anything could be changed would be your check after the flop in the first hand)

I think leading out wouldnt of done any justice -- if he's prepared to bet and then call a check raise with no pair and only a backdoor draw, then risk his tournament life on a draw with 1 card to come, I cant image he'd fold to a normal bet....
