Default Win rates for NLHE.

What is a good win rate for NLHE in terms of BB/100?
Would you say there is much of a difference between .05/.10 and 1/2 as far as what rate is possible?

Seems like it's going to take forever to build a roll for 1/2 at my current rate.

BTW, would you say $3000 is okay for 1/2?

Nobody knows this? I guess mostly limit players here, would the rates be similar to limit?

I'm not sure that NL win rates are measured in terms of BB/hour.... if they are, I don't know what to tell you to shoot for. Compare yourself to JD. If you are doing half of what he is doing per hour, you're probably doing ok

For 1/2, assuming the buy in is $200, I would recommend having a $4000 bankroll to be safe.

Personally, I think $3000 is fine, but if you go by the 5% (20 buy in) rule, than you are looking at $4000.

I don't really think you can judge NL win rates like you can with limit. The win rates are really dependent about the competition of your opponents. It has been a while since I've played NL cash games, but I remember having a win rate of about 8BB/100 at the 25 and 50 NL games on Party.
