What to do...

I'm on a run of bad beats, poor luck (QQ runs into KK, flush losing to a higher flush, etc...) and finishing on the bubble in SnGs. In spite of this crap run I don't think I've been playing poorly and I don't think it's affecting my game. However, I can feel frustration creeping in so I think it's time for a break.

So, in that light what do you all here do when you take a break? How long? Do you completely try to get away from the game or do you pick up a couple poker related books and do some reading?

More specifically, rail bdawg for a while so you'll realize just how much worse things could get. He is literally on one of the worst runs I have ever seen right now, dating back to before that little 0-15 coinflip streak of his.

He's actually inspired me to hardly play ANY poker in the past couple of weeks. Then there's pshabi and JD, who keep pushing me the other way with their posts.
