what are the capped tables like? I avoid them because I don't understand the whole cap thing. Do most hands get capped on the turn or the flop? Are they incredibly soft? Did it take hours to get 2.5 buyins at a capped table?

There isn't a max buy in for capped games since the pots are capped. In my experience they are softer and more aggressive than regular games. I have always won at a very high rate playing capped games.
