Okay, "regulars" and "people-who-have-made-this-forum-"special"-in-their-own-way"! I think we all agree this forum is better for Hawt's stories, and Rook, well, she left a lasting impression on all of us!

I know what you're saying. ".com" is just one of those things that's hard to attach to a logo. Anyone else here have any thoughts on how to attach it? Obviously it's got to flow with the logo even more smooth than the current one does.

EDIT: Since I've got the .com logo in the bottom right corner, what about just leaving the .com off the table logo? Anyone got any objections?

how bout centering "Poker",
putting the ".com" below on the right beneath Poker
and in a different color (aqua green/light blue or something like that).
Maybe in a smaller font too.
In text it would be something like this:
__________
|
| Talking
| _ Poker
|___ .com
|
------------

Underscore is spaces next to Poker and com

I don't think I would like this at all..... I'd probably prefer it gone all together, but I think the original is fine too. The idea was for it to be an afterthought originally, but I've never liked it without the border around it. It looks ok with the star, but without it, it stands out more.

I've tested it out with the '.com' removed fromt the table logo completely and it looks pretty decent.

I just read on 2+2 that Stars IS working on a comprehensive manual for completing themes. I think I'm going to need to wait for this manual to come out to change the fonts in the text boxes and the like. Each button uses some funky mask image for some reason or another. I'm not really sure. They also seem to use black as the transparent color instead of "magic pink" like any other transparency-type program. (this is the reason that one image of the table is surrounded by black).

I've also changed the avatar colors to a dijon-mustard to bright yellow to white fade. It looks okay but I'm afraid it may be too bright. I think this MAY be something that has to wait for the manual to fully completely get working right.

I'm hoping that one of the mod websites (such as artpoker) launches a library where people can upload them so that I can (with TP's permission of course) upload the completed theme for anyone to download and install.

Well, I had decided to wait until the software left beta since they kept changing things. Now that the software's left beta I can pick up working on it again. I'm hoping they upgrade their "theme creation manual" as it is REALLY skimpy on certain details that I *KNOW* can be changed (such as icon placement) but they haven't mentioned. I'd also like access to the fonts but I'm not holding my breath. Look for a finalized version sometime before the end of the month. With it being summer, I'm trying to avoid being indoors as much as possible...

First of all, great job! I just skimmed the previous responses so if this has been suggested i apologize in advance, but have you tested blue felt with the tp star & logo in the center of the table?

I think I'm going to offer a variety of colours for the felt. I'm thinking there's also going to be two backgrounds as well (easy to change between) - one with the text (more faded than the most recent image) and one without. I'm thinking it's too busy the way it is right now.

If you check out the image I posted up before:

I believe your name makes two appearances. The first one is on the left side, immediately to the left of the top of the 'P'. The second is on the right side, a few lines below that, your name partially truncated by the edge of the image.

I know I've missed a few people, and for that I apologize, but it would be rather time consuming to go in and edit the text now.
