You're getting ahead of myself! I have to make the money first...

Just had AA and ended up winning a pretty big pot. Really thought that was going to be the end of me, as per my usual.

First place pays $1248.

15 payers left. I'm second in chips with 25k.

I'm out, short stacked and went in with a pair of 8's, got called by the BB who had 44, you guessed it he gets a 4. Like I said it always happens to me, but never for me, and you all wonder why I am angry all the time?!?

Had you played the KK hand better, maybe you'd have more chips and this suckout wouldn't have been enough to be a finishing blow. In fact, maybe he would have folded to your preflop raise.....?

Just a thought (I'm not even saying you played the KK hand badly - I'm just saying).

I'm in the money now. We're on break. I'm 2nd out of 12 remaining.

Got ran down in a hand that I was a 96/4 favorite after the flop that would have put me over 10G in chips, then a 2- outer to finish me off. I think the next deposit will be a while off, it's obvoiusly break time for me, but not till after the 9:00 rebuy at UB

He was short stacked as well and losing the hand would have crippled him. I had 900 left and he had 1600 with blinds at 100/200, not an automatic call for him I don't think. The facts don't lie though, I am one snake bit son of a bitch.

And maybe if some dick for brains doesn't catch runner -runner str8 against my flopped 2 pr the story would be different. As it is though, the beat goes on.

Default And that's the end of me...

Finished 4th. Here was the hand that sealed the deal........

I have no regrets about how I played it. Even if I didn't reraise all in, I would have moved in on the flop. It's just one of those coinflips you need to win to take one of these things down. Had I won this hand, I'd be guaranteed third, and I'd like my chances. Oh well.

Funny you should mention that, I'm playing in a $20 tourney at FTP that only drew about 60, 27 left now and I'm a bit outside the money spots.

$390. If that hand held up, I would have been guaranteed $200 more by eliminating the other guy. He went on to win it all, of course.... $1248. Just goes to show how it can all come down to a single coinflip sometime.
