Had a good run of cards. Built stack up to 8900. about 3x about average.

Confrontation with another big stack @ the table. Slightly bigger than mine.

Folded to me on SB (AT) I raise to 3xblinds, BB reraises min, I call. (blinds were 50/100). Flop is T24, I bet out and he reraises me. I call, turn is a 3, I check he checks. River is an 8, I bet 1000, he raises to 2000. I call, he flips A5! ARG 5000 chips now

Built it up to 6000.
I get KK UTG, folded around back to me. QQ on button. EP raises 200 to 400. i raise to 1000. BB calls, and EP calls. Flop is Td7dx Bb check, EP bets 500, i raise to 2500. BB calls, EP fold. I go all in for rest on turn (2500). like 4h or something. River is a diamond, I lose. He has A4d. Can't believe he called such a big reraise. OH WELL. Was hoping to score. Guess I will play another Sat. It was pretty fun though!

Also, saw some messages from CHIP FISH! Thanks for the encouragement, didn't message back because I was trying to concentrate on playing.

Looks like you were the recipiant of bad position in the first hand. If he had to act first, his check would show weakness, and you could have forced him out (probably). With your weak raise he probably put you on 10's, and figured he could either scare you out or catch an Ace. When you gave him the free card he got really lucky and that was it.

Better luck on Saturday! NL is alot of good play and some luck. I went all in against someone. He had J7 vs my AK. Pre-Flop I raise like 4xBB. The flop is AJ7. I figure now is a good time to bet my high card out, so I make a pot size bet. He raises me all in. Now he has been doing this all night. I guess I am kind of put off, so I call him. He turns over J7 .. I am dominated, until the board spike a pair and I win! Phweeeeehhwww! I was able to parlay that into a 25th place finish for a few bucks.

When i bet the flop, PS was 2K, my bet was 1K. He reraised to 2K, so i called the 1K. He made a straight on the turn (he checked I checked), I bet river, he reraised, I called.

better luck next time...i'm still building my roll up so i can afford to take another shot at one of the bigger multi's on party. right now i'm on a ridiculous rush of cards at the $25 NL talbes...in about 200 hands have caught AA 2x, KK 2x, QQ3x, AKs 2x, and also managed to catch AA and KK back to back!!!
