Default Party BackGammon

I've read this on blog...and I have no clue how you play backgammon, but apparently this is one of the easiet bonuses to clear.

They have a 25% up to $100 dollar bonus available right now. When you deposit though, you should put in about $510.

To clear the bonus you must "wager" 7x the bonus amount in stakes. So $3500 to clear the $100.

What you want to do then is sit at tables with a limit of $500...and buy-in of 0.50. When you play your opponent, you should NEVER take double points. This effectively keeps the buy in at 50 cents, but party considers you to having "wagered" 500 bucks.

If you take double points, then you might be in for quite an expensive lesson....I have not tried it yet...but will probably do it later.

Me and JD are gonna do this one today. Everyone with 503 dollars free should seriously do this bonus. Find a partner in this thread and get to it.

So, anyone tried this yet? Did the .50 'trick' work?

I don't think I quite follow how this works.

It works in the following way:

A) You should deposit a little over 500 dollars....say $510 or something like that...and use the deposit code from PartyGammon.

B) To clear the full $100 bonus, you must play 3500 dollars worth in stakes.

C) You should then sit a table that has stakes (or table limit) of $500, with a point being $0.50 (I'm not sure if I got the terms correct....I've never played backgammon before).

D) When you're playing the game, your opponent might offer you to double the points. Never accept this deal...about accepting the deal you're risking more money....and it can add up quickly from what I understand. (I'm guessing you're multiplying whatever the point is by 2 each time you accept it.)

E) By not ever doubling, the most you will ever invest in this game is $0.50. However PartyGammon considers you to have played in a $500 staked game...you have cleared 1/7th the requirements for the bonus.

F) Play 7 times like this...bonus is released.

That doesn't make much sense to me, but in any event, I have some money to throw on Party.

Anyone care to do this with me this weekend. If anyone loses a lot of money (or wins vs. me), we'll do an "equilization" transfer on Stars or something.

If this crazy thing actually works I'm game, but I'll need to get the bux together to deposit, weekend might work.

From what I've read elsewhere it WAS working but now Party has fixed the glitch and anyone trying to cash out the $100 got a "nice" email from support telling them they still had $3496.50 left to play...
