Blackjack is a waste of time and money in my opinion. Odds of winning are against you. You might as well just dump that $10 to me. I'll add it to my reload bonus and you can double it in no time.

I got this email a couple of weeks ago too.... It's not the worst site, but I don't think it's worth playing there regularly, bonus or not. I'd rather chip away at a Full tilt Reload bonus instead, for example...

Well, I remember being upset because they never offered me the free $10 bonus when I first signed up with them, like they offered everyone else.

But was pretty easy to earn the points, much easier than Pacific (nightmare there)

I'd be receiving 100% of my deposit, that's so worth it don't you think?

Is FT offering 100% bonus aswell?

Blackjack is most definately a game that structured against you....

Can you win? Yes

Is it likely you'll win? No

When your in casino next time, take 5 mins to check out how many blackjack tables there are and watch someone who has 10- posts at a table. Give it 30 mins....

Blackjack = casino moneymaker....

Stick to Baccarat or Pai Gow Poker, those games have your best odds to win

I disagree.

I was referring to computer generated blackjack on online poker sites. Not the same as the real thing. You're playing one on one with a computer. Odds of winning this way are lessened than by playing at a real casino blackjack table.

In casinos from Winnipeg, they have a responsibly gaming section which gives you statistics on the games played at all Casinos of Winnipeg.

I unfortunately don't have the stats on me, but next time I go I will grab a copy and post it.

However, it did state the average amount of money one loses in an hour.

The two games, that were the lowest Pai Gow Poker, and Baccarat.

Plus, talking to dealers at local casinos, they have openly stated that Bacarat is the game with the best odds, then Pai Gow (5% house commision, wonder why? Because they need to make money somehow).

Also, on a related note. Blackjack play is often quick and fast. The longer you are a table, the better the odds you will be walking out with less money. Are there rushes? Yes, but just like any other game you have to know when to walk away.

Sorry, forgot to delete first part.

As for the 2nd part...I believe that playing one on one with a computer is a guessing game of sorts. When you play blackjack in a casino with other players and a dealer, it's different, more strategizing perhaps. As for the odds of winning or losing, I shouldn't have said anything about it since statiscally speaking I don't really know.

In all reality it also depends on the number of decks in the shoe. I forget the reasoning behind it, but the house take goes up as the number of decks in the shoe goes up. Plus, it's fairly easy to count cards in blackjack up to about four shoes, then it gets prohibitive. Yes geniouses can do it up to six deck shoes, but four decks is about the limit that the average person could count. And remember, it's not illegal to count cards, just severely frowned upon.

Disclaimer: I don't play blackjack or any other table games unless I'm really ,really bored. Just had a buddy who could count and he won a decent chunk of change over about a six month period.

Instead of this:
I got this:
SPECIAL 20% CASH BONUS - on your next deposit, up to a maximum of $100.

Sure, the withdrawal restrictions suck (50 pts/$1), but I get to play with $110 of their money.

bunny:

1. Yes, offers a $100 deposit bonus up to $600 for your first deposit, and they regularly offer 50% up to $300 reloads. I know you are easily impressed by the percent, but that doesn't really mean anthing - it's the release requirements that are important. They could offer you a 10,000% bonus up to $1 million, but it it's impossibly to clear, you'd be better off going after a 1% bonus up to $10. See and their never ending bonuses for a fine example of what I mean.

2. Do yourself a favor and don't talk about Black Jack "strategy" any more.

Holy shit, thats alot of extra RD, nice going. Did ya dump a few $k to them at the BJ tables?? lol

And bunny, BJ online has exactly the same odds as in a casino. In fact, some are even better. Live casinos its you and the dealer, online its you and the deal, just cos its a computer program doesnt mean its different. It gets dealt 2 cards and has to hit to hard 17 aswell.

ONline BJ there are a million variations. The best odds online are at Super Fun 21 BJ, on microgaming software. Double any 2 cards, surrender after doubling, BJ pays 3/2, dealer has to hit soft17. BJ ties push. Basically your at 49.7%. In Live BJ without being able to count or cheat in anyway, your at 47.5%. I know this cos i just read it. And yes it was concrete evidence

People can make odds for BJ being fixed, but i dont see it. Why risk the millions you make a year to fix some $10 hands of BJ

Trick is to know the % your playing at, at find the best one.

And as for the BJ and Poker winning % reference, i think this sentence and smiley sums that statement up - Yeah, of course it is
