First Tourney Cash

Well I told you last week about the tournies have been getting nto and said that would take one down soon, we will still have to wait for that, but did take 2nd place for $110 for a $20 Buy in, not bad. When got down to heads up i only had T2500 with blinds at 400/800, but started to chip away, getting my stack to about T4000 before this hand. IM dealer and look at AhK h and raise it the minimum to T1600 he calls and the flop is AKJ rainbow. he checks i bet all in, he insta calls...flips up Q10 for the straight I dont improve and im out. I told em ide see em next week and left. One guy said he would stake me in the next tourney for 50% of the winnings but i had a home game to go to that i go to every week, I told him maybe another time....that i couldnt leave the guys a man short. Again i played some of the best poker in my life, I had people scared of me in the first tourney they faced me (I won 80% of the hands i played whch wasnt many). I slipped back into my zone and didnt come out till it was over. I was patient and t payed off. On another not if anyone lives in Ohio near the troy/tipp city area....hit me up with a PM and maybe we can meet up and play at the tourney one week. (Would give me a chance to play with some of you lve since cant get into casinos.)
