Default Anyone play the Party SNG Step Tourneys?

Bought into the 5$ mini step the other day and ended up coming like 2nd, so i got to try it again free. Then the 2nd one i won and got entry to the 20$ one, which i just finished 1 shy of moving to the 50$ one. Anyone got any comments as to how to play tournaments like this? Most of these tourneys give an upgrade to 1st or 1st and 2nd, and usually places 3-5 get a retry at the tourney, while places 6-10 get sent back 1 tourney or get a small cash prize. I havent noticed a huge difference than other SNG's, but should i be more offensive in these or sit back until i am guranteed another retry?

yah i dont plan on buying into them again, but i seem to be hanging on so just wondering if they are played differently or if the skill level/ game style increases significantly in the later rounds.
