Poker Books
Im going out in the next couple days to a big bookstore and i am going to purchase a couple poker books. I havent really read any yet and was curious if anyone had any recommendations. I currently play low buyin SNG's and some lower (10/25 cents) ring games. Any info would be appreciated.

For SNG's and Tournaments get Harrington on Hold em Vol. 1 and Vol. 2.
If you play limit ring games Winning Low Limit Hold em by Lee Jones is good for beginners and Small Stakes Hold em by Ed Miller is the next level up. For NL hold em I'd reccomend Super System 2. I haven't read it but I heard that the NL section by Doyle is about the same as the original one in Super System. |

i suggest small stakes hold 'em; winning big with expert play by David Sklansky. it really improved my game online after i read it.

Do you have Vol 1 and 2? I have only Vol. 1 and it has helped some but I knew quite a bit of it already. I'm thinking Vol. 2 would be more beneficial to my game. Tell me what you think if you own or have read both.

Vol. 1 gave me alot of new information ... as I was still pretty new to the game, I just got volume 2 the other day and have heard good things about it... I'm not far into it but it seems good, alot like the 1st - In this one i feel like i already know alot of the answers tho, but it's still helpful.
If u liked Vol. 1 u will like this one too.
