Poker Room - 40% deposit bonus up to $200...
has just doubled their sign up bonus to 40% up to $200. This is the largest bonus available from any of the big sites.
They also just announced their latest promo, where you can get the chance to become a Poker Pro for a year - a prize valued at over $240,000. was the first site I played at regularly, and I still like it. I prefer (and usually ), but is my next favorite place to play, and well worth checking out if you haven't already. You can read all my site reviews here: |

I'll think about it. In the meanwhile, can you post the release requirements?

Sure:
----snip---- To get the deposit bonus you need to collect enough player points within 60 days of the initial deposit. A bonus requires 7 player points for every dollar. For example, a deposit bonus of $20 will require 140 player points. As soon as you have collected the points needed, your bonus will automatically be credit to your PokerRoom account. ----snip---- And.... ----snip---- How many points do I earn? Hold'em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud 1 point for every raked real money hand where the rake was $1.00 or more. You get 0.5 points for every raked real money hand where the rake was less than $1.00 (but more than $0.50). You do not have to pay rake to earn points, you just need to be dealt cards. If you are sitting out you will not earn any points. Tournaments 5 player points are awarded for every paid dollar in entry fee (real money tournaments). For example, if you enter a $20+2 tournament, you will be awarded 5 * $2 = 10 points. The points are awarded when the tournament finishes. ----snip---- They also give points if you play their casino games like Black Jack, Let It Ride, Slots, Roulette, and on and on and on.... but if you're like me, you're there to play poker! |
