If you're a limit novice, "Winning Low Limit Hold 'em" by Lee Jones.

If you've played some limit and want to be the best, "Small Stake Hold 'em" by Ed Miller.

Nothing else is required for limit.

I was thinking perhaps that was it (not why I posted this thread though). He posted at 12:30 that no one has it yet. So Christmas is not the winning mention...
