exactly what i thought/just wrote about in the other thread, but def worth repeating myself here.

actually, the very min is $5+.50.

im not sure, however, if in that event we/TP would need to kick in a little extra to the prize pool (and of course if TP would want that), but it's worth asking at least.

I'd be happy to. But first I'd like to see how many show up for a plain old TPF Private tourney....

How about next Tuesday, 12/6 at 9:00? 10+1 NLHE on Stars?

Count me in, well at least I'll set my goal to get my 6.50 up to that.

I have to decided whether or not I'm going to deposit into poker stars, but everything I've done on the site so far has made me like it more then party poker. My question, I don't plan on having fifty posts by then, if we do have a private tourney will new members (including myself) get the password? Otherwise, sounds like a great idea.

Let's just pick a date and time (and buy in) - see my suggestion above. When we do, I'll make a new thread and sticky it. Then people can post their Stars names in it as they register.

This tourney, with a paid entry fee and no money added, will be open to all members of the forum, regardless of post count. So I'll just post the password right in the thread after I make it.

I'm definitely in. Any night is good for me. I'd prefer a $5 entry fee, but can swing $10. I'm looking forward to playing at a table with each of you. I think I'd learn a ton and hopefully get a few pointers as well.

I think $10 is the minimum for a PRivate Tourney on Stars, no? If it's $5 when I go to set it up, I'll do $5.

$5 is def the bare min allowed. in fact, there are a couple of those scheduled u can see under the private tourneys tab on stars now (i.e. the italian pvt event, etc etc).

im not sure if in that case ud need to chip in a bit from ur pocket, u need to ask stars. of course, if that is the case, its totally up to u, and id go with it either way.
