I like that T-Wolves game, Garnett is a freak, 28 points and 20 rebounds on opening night, what is wrong with him?

Charlotte has a chance to be the worst team of all time IMO. Okafur is okay, but I don't know if he has the jumper or inside game to be a dominant power forward or center in this league. He was a man among boys in the NCAA, but he won't be able to dominate any more and I don't see him as any more than at best a 10 point, 10 rebound guy, which is alright, but you'd expect so much more out of your first ever draft choice.

They got tough luck. It was a weak draft this year. Too bad they didn't come into the league last year, that class was incredible.

i like sacramento +2.5 at houstan tonight...the rockets are playing their 4th game in 5 days...never a good thing.

also, miami -6 at washington...the wizards wont have an answer for a rested shaq

I like that angle alot, in addition, something to look at when you have two teams in that spot or at least close, the over hits alot simply because the players are too tired/lazy to play defense.

why doesnt that make any sense?

side note, they did cover by the way....and that houstan game was awful...sacramento blew many chances to cover that spread in the final seconds. just awful.

second side note, maybe this is one of those one line responses tp was talking about junyun

i think that the only possible reason is that the books might think that shaq is injured more seriously than everyone else does. even with that though, i think that the heat are better than the wiz.

anyone do well on the nfl this weekend?

i have been playing teasers and parlays with one of my buddies who lives in vegas, and thi sweek was tough. i came very close overall, but kc +3 on a teaser killed me.

As long as Shaq is able to walk onto the court I would favor Miami with the way that Wade has been playing. That team is going to be very dangerous with a core of those two guys.

3 grand on philly and KC? 2 road teams? nuts.

I won pittsburgh and san diego

i lost the night game as I picked cleveland +6.5. I was winning almost the entire way. Only a couple of boneshead plays killed the game off. Baltimore can only get a touchdown when they recover a 5 yard punt!

yeah i actually had told him to take the steelers but he didn't listen (now he wishes he had). KC it seemed like a toss-up to me, not a bad bet but not a great one.

I wouldn't bet against Roethlisberger and the Steelers right now, unless the spread was considerably large, they're on a huge roll.

They shit on my Eagles - it was a terrible game from a Philly fan's perspective. Props to the Steelers organization... they reminded me of the Rams during Kurt Warner's good year.

Hopefully, we'll see them in the postseason!

Yeah, im gonna toot my own horn, and kick myself in the ass at the same time.....in the beginning of this thread i talked about how the steelers could beat the eagles...and then i go and bet the eagles......stupid.

Also, how about them pats huh...that was a huge win. Troy Brown actually played pretty well at corner, hopefully Branch can come back soon cause it looks like Brown will be seeing a lot of time at corner
